* We are a travel agency featuring the interplay of Cuban culture and its nature.
* We have over 8 years of experience as touristguides in Cuba.
* Our destination is the midwest of the country, where we visit 8 of the 15 Cuban provinces.
* We work together with a group of tour guides/drivers specialized in nature tourism, speaking at least two languages and havinggraduated with a university degree and training according to the training system of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (FORMATUR).
* Our team consists of young and enthusiastic tour guides ready to give their best to bring our beautiful cities and dream-like scenery closer to you.
Our tours are aimed at travelers of all ages with a sense of discovering the real Cuba. We specialize only in private tours for couples, families or friends traveling together with a concept of relaxed and stress-free holidays. We provide comfortablecars, great restaurant and accommodation choices along with a very flexible schedule and professional team of tour guides.
Our tour prices include: your own tour guide/driver plus all transport, all accommodations and breakfasts, two dinners, and entrance fees to scheduled activities; all you have to pay forareadditional meals and optional activities not listed in our programs.
Our routes have been carefully chosen to include the best accommodations, highlights and experiences, but there are lots of optional activities as well.

Payment
Payment of the amount agreed upon with the agency according to the program booked is due upon arrival at the airport in CASH! and to be given to the tour guide of RaimondReise®.
Also all other services such as activities, accommodation, lunches and dinners will be paid likewise.
